As expected, the Saints will wait until late Saturday to decide whether to activate middle linebacker Jonathan Vilma from the reserve/physically-unable-to-perform list for Sunday’s game with the Tampa Bay Bucs.
Vilma practiced for the third straight day Friday and interim coach Aaron Kromer said the nine-year veteran has looked good.
When asked if Vilma has a legitimate chance of playing Sunday, Kromer said, “He looked good. He looked physically good.”
INJURY REPORT: Tight end Jimmy Graham, who was limited in practice Thursday and Friday because of a sprained right ankle, is questionable for Sunday.
